Safety sliding line main body
1. Gap between protective shell and conductor ≤ 2mm
2. Straightness: allowable deviation from the height of the track center < ± 15mm
3. Straightness: longitudinal tolerance with track center < ± 15mm
4. Twist degree: < 15mm/10m
Telescopic device
1. The quantity meets the regulations
2. The gap distance should meet the theoretical expansion caused by the maximum temperature difference at the installation site
Collector
1. The square steel frame is firmly welded, with a vertical tolerance of ± 3mm between the centerline and the sliding contact line
2. The size of the square steel bracket and the sliding contact wire should ensure that the collector arm is parallel to the main body of the sliding contact wire, with a tolerance of ± 3mm
3. The collector and sliding contact wire slide smoothly and meet the specified pressure (See the contact pressure gauge between the collector brush and the guide rail on the next page)
Fasteners
The torque for tightening the nut should comply with the manufacturer's recommended values. Recommended values: M10-28NM, M8-12NM, M6-6.5NM
Power incoming line
The incoming end is firm and cannot withstand tension
