1. According to the installation diagram, number the safety sliding contact line, thermal expansion compensation section, broken section, arc section, intermediate power supply section, etc. in sequence according to their actual positions.
2. Insert the floating suspension clamp and fixed suspension clamp into the safety sliding contact wire conduit with a specified number of configurations.
3. When lifting and installing the first safety sliding contact wire conduit, a fixed suspension clamp should be used to hang it on the bracket as a benchmark for the entire line alignment. After installation, if the section is not used as a fixed suspension section, a floating clamp can be used to replace it.
4. After lifting the first conduit, install the fixed suspension clamp on the bracket and adjust the parallelism with the centerline of the steel rail in the horizontal and vertical directions, with a requirement of no more than 1.5/1000. Tighten the nut and secure it.
5. Next, lift and install the second safety sliding contact wire, ensuring a straightness of 1.5/1000 with the first wire in both horizontal and vertical directions, in addition to meeting the requirements of Article 4.
6. Safe sliding contact wire conduit connection: Different guide rails use different connection methods. Please note that regardless of the connection method, insulation isolation plates must be installed at the joints to prevent contact with the metal shell due to guide rail movement. After connection, if there are protrusions or uneven transitions, the grooves should be opened and smoothed with petroleum or a file.
7. Installation of connection clip: The guide rail connection number should be covered with the connection clip and the screw should be tightened. The connection clip should be of engineering plastic type. For outdoor use of safe sliding contact wires, in order to prevent rainwater from entering through the connecting clip, it is necessary to start from the mating end of the shell and repeatedly wrap two layers with insulation tape. The wrapping should be reciprocating and cannot be wrapped to ensure that the groove is unobstructed.
8. The casing of the conduit is grounded, and each end of the conduit has wiring terminals that are connected to adjacent terminals with screws.
9. End or intermediate power supply. The safety sliding contact line has a dedicated power supply section, which can be connected to the middle or end of the entire line as needed. When the cable enters the junction box, it must be ensured that the rubber sleeve tightly clamps the cable to prevent dust and rainwater from entering. If there are gaps, the cable must be wrapped with insulating tape to ensure a certain degree of tightness with the sheath.
10. Reinspection of installation of safety sliding contact wire conduit:
a. After the installation of the entire line is completed, the end cap is inserted at the end;
b. Conduct a full line straightness re inspection, adjust and straighten severely bent areas. Among them, the parallelism between the entire pipeline and the steel rail is 15mm, and the straightness between the pipelines is 15mm;
c. The suspension device should be reliably clamped with the conduit, and the floating suspension should not be skewed or stuck, affecting the free extension of the conduit;
d. Measure the insulation resistance between poles and between poles and between poles and shells, and ensure it is not less than 5M Ω.
